If this is your first visit to Zest Chiropractic, you’ll start with a free 10-minute “Is Chiropractic Right for Me?” call. A no-pressure chance to talk through your situation before committing to an appointment. You can book this online or call the clinic directly on 07736 030590.
From there, if you decide to go ahead, your first full appointment usually takes 70 minutes and includes a full assessment alongside treatment. There’s more detail on what to expect from a first visit on our dedicated page.
No GP referral is needed at any stage — you’re welcome to arrange everything directly.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to move, or cancel your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours notice. You can either reschedule or cancel the appointment yourself through the confirmation email JaneApp sends you. Or call the clinic directly on 07736 030590.

There’s plenty of free on-street parking right outside. The number 11 bus stop is just outside the clinic, and the number 2 bus stop is at the top of Swanshurst Lane on Yardley Wood Road.
